Celebrate the sound of church bells!

St Michael's bells will ring out before the 10.00am Parish Eucharist and at points throughout the afternoon to celebrate the wonder of church bells and honour St Dunstan, patron saint of bellringers, whose feast day is 19h May. Church will be open until midafternoon with the opportunity for visitors to head up the belltower and see the ringing room with its rich heritage of plaques recording memorable bell peals.

St Michael’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) will follow the morning Eucharist. All welcome.

St Michael’s will be open to the public as a safe space whilst the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon is underway. There will be a service between 10.00 and 11.00am. Teas and coffees will be available.

Public meeting for residents of Headingley concerning the recent attack on the Otley Run. Residents will have the opportunity to hear directly from senior police and council officers, ask questions, and raise concerns.
